As a by-product of industrial silicon, the quality of silica fume usually varies from batch to batch. Even within the same batch, variations in color, pH value, flowability, and impact on the setting time of castables are frequently observed at different sampling points.
Addressing this inherent industry challenge, we have independently built a full-process quality control system that covers all links from upstream raw material selection to final product processing. Leveraging this control framework, our SIBEN-95, SIBEN-96, and SIBEN-97 grades achieve exceptional batch-to-batch highly consistency and stable specifications, fully meeting refractory manufacturers’ requirements for consistent raw material quality.
